The Beautymeetyou website (hereinafter the Site) is owned by  Isopharma Cosmetics srl with headquarters in Zona Industriale 73017 Sannicola (LE)  (registration in the Lecce Business Register – tax code and VAT number IT03778280754), and is aimed at the sale of cosmetic products . For any need, you can contact the company via email at  info@isopharma.it

The purchase of products on the site is reserved for adult Italian citizens duly registered on the portal and in possession of the respective access credentials. To this end, the Customer undertakes to communicate correct, updated and truthful data relating to personal data, personal address and, in general, to other information useful for fulfilling the order. The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the purchased goods. The user is aware that by accessing and using this website he accepts the general terms and conditions set forth herein, including the legal notices and limitations of liability set out below

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. The additional cost of delivery, any customs duties as well as additional taxes for export to foreign territory are not included in the purchase price.

         – upon delivery by cash, with additional costs of €5.90 for cash on delivery management;

Once the purchase order has been forwarded, Isopharma Cosmetics srl  will send the user a summary email containing the details of the same. In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to fulfill the order in part or in total, the site will promptly send an e-mail to make arrangements with the consumer, without prejudice to the possibility for the consumer to request cancellation, even partial , of the order and the return of the corresponding amount already paid by credit card. If the user’s data is incomplete or inaccurate (so as to make delivery of the purchased products impossible), Isopharma Cosmetics srl will contact the user before processing the order and reserves the right to request payment from delivery or by credit card.

The delivery of the products purchased on the website www.beautymeetyou.com is entrusted to the express courier, who will deliver throughout Italy from 2 to 5 working days following the day the order is concluded. In the event that the user, the customer wishes to indicate particular provisions for the delivery, he must provide all useful information in this regard. Where the cash on delivery method of payment has been envisaged, in the event of impossibility to provide for payment, the goods will not be delivered and Isopharma Cosmetics srl reserves the right to terminate the purchase contract due to non-fulfilment by the Customer. Isopharma Cosmetics srl is not responsible for any delays occurring during the transport service. 

They are paid by the user and equal to € 6.90 throughout the national territory. For shipments abroad, contact us by email at info@beautymeetyou.it to request an economic evaluation. It is possible to indicate particular provisions for delivery in the Notes box on the purchase form.

From 2 to 5 working days following the order completion date.

Once the purchase has been made, when the package has been completed and is in the hands of the courier, the latter will send a link by email that will allow the tracking of your order. In this way it is possible to know the exact position of your shipped package online and to monitor the progress of the order.

Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without incurring expenses.

The right of withdrawal FOR THOUGHTFUL can be exercised by the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the purchased goods.  The customer must communicate to Isopharma Cosmetics srl the will to exercise this right. 

In order to allow Isopharma Cosmetics srl to allow the exercise of this right, the user must communicate:

– invoice number and date;

– description and quantity of the products to be returned (in the case of partial withdrawal);

– bank details to be used to arrange the transfer for the returned goods (except for other forms of accreditation).

If the purchased products have been delivered, the user is required to send them within 14 days of receipt to the above address. The goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), in compliance with the conditions expressed in the following points. The return costs are charged to the customer.

The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of express communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer.

All products on sale on the website www.beautymeetyou.it are covered by a guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from purchase, pursuant to articles 128 et seq. d. lgs. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”.
