The Beautymeetyou website (hereinafter Site) is owned by Isopharma Cosmetics srl with headquarters in Zona Industriale 73017 Sannicola (LE ) (registration Registro Imprese di Lecce- tax code and VAT number IT03778280754), and is aimed at the sale of cosmetic products. The purchase of products on the site is reserved for Italian citizens of age duly registered on the portal and in possession of the respective access credentials. To this end, the Customer undertakes to communicate correct, up-to-date and truthful data regarding personal details, personal address and, in general, other information useful for the execution of the order. The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the purchased good. In case of any impossibility, even temporary, to fulfill the order in a partial or total way, the site will promptly send an e-mail to make arrangements with the consumer, without prejudice to the possibility for the consumer to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order and the refund of the corresponding amount that may have already been paid by credit card. Should the user’s data be incomplete or inaccurate (such that delivery of the purchased products is impossible), Isopharma Cosmetics srl will contact the user before processing the order and reserves the right to request payment upon delivery or by credit card.

The delivery of the products purchased on the website www.beautymeetyou.com is entrusted to the express courier, who will deliver throughout Italy from 2 to 5 working days following the day of conclusion of the order. In the event that the user the customer wishes to indicate particular provisions for delivery, he must provide all useful information in this regard. Where the mode of payment by cash on delivery has been provided, in the event of inability to make payment, the goods will not be delivered and Isopharma Cosmetics Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the purchase contract for non-performance by the Customer. Isopharma Cosmetics Ltd. is not responsible for any delays incurred during the transportation service.

After purchase, when the package has been completed and is in the hands of the courier, the latter will email a link that will allow tracking of your order. In this way it is possible to know online the exact position of your package shipped and to monitor the progress of the order.

Pursuant to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without incurring expenses.

The right of withdrawal FOR REPENSATION can be exercised by the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the goods purchased. The customer must notify Isopharma Cosmetics Ltd. of the desire to exercise this right.

In order for Isopharma Cosmetics srl to allow you to exercise this right, you must notify:

– description and quantity of the products intended to be returned (in the case of partial withdrawal);

– bank details to be used to arrange the transfer for the returned goods (unless other forms of crediting are used).

If the delivery of the purchased products has occurred, the user is required to send the same within 14 days of receipt to the above address. The goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), in compliance with the conditions expressed in the following points. The return costs are charged to the customer.

The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of express notification of the customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.
